Essential Key Job Responsibilities -Utilizes the nursing process which includes patient backssment, nursing diagnosis, nursing care plans, implementing interventions and evaluation of patient status in relationship to the above. The registered
nurse manages personalized care for patients by promoting and restoring patients' health; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients and support persons.
Executes regimen prescribed by the provider within nursing practice guidelines.
