an Army Gold Master Senior Engineer, the selected candidate will provide services in support of the U. S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). Analyze Windows and Non-Windows products during software development and product lifecycle and document all product configuration specifications. Review the processes used to apply the AGM security settings on both workstation and server platforms and draft a standard process to modify settings in the field to support Army functional requirements. Effectively troubleshoot Group Policy and the effects they impose on computer objects. Provide input in requirements and release testing of the AGM monthly release, annual builds, and new OS releases.

Assist the Government in preparing and maintaining lab environments that mirror the Army production environment using the AGM-built OSs. Provide Tier II/III support for engineering and program-level issues submitted to the AGM Program and issues elevated by system administrators.
