I currently live at blvd 1900 and absolutely love the complex, but I have to give up my space due to severe family matters.

I'm looking for someone to take up my lease that starts on Aug 1st to next July 31st. The buildings in the complex are all gated and there are multiple elevators and the complex has just been completely redone. My apartment

is on the 4th floor and is fully furnished and comes with a TV, washer and dryer in unit, and all other appliances. There is a very nice balcony and every room has a private bathroom and the fee for utilities is a flat rate, so you do not have to pay based on usage, which is very nice.

The complex has its own parking garage and free overnight guest parking and it is a 5 min bike ride/15 min walk from ASU campus and is directly next to a lightrail stop, which is very convenient. There is a gym, computer lab, tanning beds, hot tub and pool that are all 24 hrs!

When summer hits, I will begin managing the painting crews to do the actual work in Tempe/Chandler and surrounding areas.

I am doing interviews these next three days as training starts next Monday. Here are my positions and pay available: Painter: $8-$10 per hour. You will be certified through Sherwin Williams and have a starting wage from which I have the discretion to raise if you prove you're a strong worker. And, I'm authorized to give a large bonus at the end of the summer if I have been

impressed with your work over the summer. (on top of your wage, College Works puts $1 into your account for every hour worked) I'm looking for conscientious people who have attention to detail, won't cut corners, and strive for customer satisfaction.

Crew chief(s): $9-$12 per hour - A managerial position. Need 1 to start, and up to 3 by the time we get production in full gear. Will be my go-to whenever I'm at the job site and in charge whenever I'm not. Will have additional responsibility, including but not limited to: client walkarounds, budgeting, training, and inventory management. Will be very selective as it is the most coveted. Painting will take place during the day during normal

working hours. There will also be a marketing and advertising requirement for 2-3 hours per week, either in a weekday afternoon or weekend.
