DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver lessons that are varied, interesting, engaging, and enjoyable for students, considering soft and hard skills development. Develop and implement individual and group activities and workshops in the areas of pre-vocational and vocational skill development, employment readiness, practice work, volunteerism, job search/discovery, life skills, meal preparation, computer literacy, peer support, self-advocacy, budgeting, job shadowing, as well as other topics as detailed in program curricula.
