Condition This is a very nice Sun Tracker.
Very good condition for its age, with no issues reported by the owners. The hours on the engine are unknown but should be scannable off of the engine ECU. The interior surfaces look good, with minimal sun fade and is currently stored outside.

Condition This 2003 Party Camper house boat is in fairly good shape.
It is older and it shows. Engine works well according to the seller. Hull looks solid and the house boat part looks to be in decent shape. Upholstery looks solid for it's year.
