She is an " E" plan configuration which gives her plenty of room below with V-berth forward, a head and convertible dinette to port, with the chart table and two single
berths to starboard. The owner indicates her first owner was the Cheoy Lee dealer in Marina Del Rey, California who used her as a demonstration boat for the dealership. Her second owner maintained the boat and made many improvements to her as his liveaboard.
The Seller purchased her in 1979 and has owned her for over forty-one years. She is an outstanding example of the Phil Rhodes design, Offshore 40 class. The forward head has been enlarged with the enclosure of the forward door and has two dry lockers immediately adjacent. The galley is on the port side with four burner propane stove and ice box. The interior was refurbished in 2013. The engine aboard is the Perkin 40 hp. She carries

Marc Lombard's Grace Pace and Space Jeanneau' s hull design philosophy of late has resulted in continual improvement in handling and comfort and speed underway by embodying three design principles outlined below.1 - Hard chine: The full - length hard chine just above waterline creates " form stability" enabling the boat to heal to a comfortable heal angle, and stay there - trough a wide range of wind speeds and angles.2 - Twin rudders: The rudders are angled out at about 15 degrees, so when the boat settles on the chine the leeward rudder
is vertical and deep in the water, tracking nicely and eliminating weather helm and the propensity to round up.
3 - The " Scow Bow" Moving back from the slightly reversed stem the bow broadens out, creating a lot of reserve buoyancy which keeps the bow out and creates more internal space in the vessel. A Ron Holland designed Swan currently in the hands of a fastidious owner who has kept the boat in turn-key condition.
Accommodations The interior is finished with the classic Nautor satin varnished teak throughout. The cabin sole is gloss varnished teak and holly with custom protective carpet runners. The blue velour fabric interior upholstery
is also in exceptionally good condition. There are curtains for all windows. The head and vanity mirrors are new. The fore cabin is equipped with (2) aluminum folding single berths with storage beneath. A large GOIOT hatch provides ample light and ventilation.
Next aft is locker storage on port and the head on starboard. There is a mechanical head with holding tank or overboard discharge, pressure water, shower, an electric shower sump pump. The Main Salon is the standard "371" configuration and has a center-line drop-leaf teak table with bottle storage below and opposing settee berths. There are lee-cloths provided for the berths. There is Nautor-built teak cabinetry on starboard,
for storage and bookshelves and on port there is an outboard pilot berth. The " L" shaped galley is located aft on the port side adjacent to the companionway and opposite the Nav Station.
The Master stateroom is all of the way aft with a double berth to port and a single berth to starboard, there is a small locker center-line and settee between the berths. There is a mirror and vanity shelf mounted on the forward bulkhead. Galley The L-shaped galley is aft and port of the salon with a 12v refrigerator in a 4.2 cu/ft. capacity top loading box, a gimballed 3-burner Eno stove with oven, galley foot pump, and a double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water.
