The condition of this shrimp boat was very good. Kubota 15kw generator installed Nov 2020 ($9000) Starter updated Aug 2020 Vessel hauled out, hull repainted, motors rebuilt and boots Hand painted Mar 2019. This Landry is hauled out and painted bottom and exterior annually. - The owner takes pride in the cleanliness of his vessel for lasting value. - The inside was clean and very manageable. - Nice shower room. - Galley had plenty of space along with the three berths for sleeping. - Nets and rigging in great shape. - Large ice makers (2400 lbs.) This is an all wood vessel, durable and has spent many years proving its integrity. Also an overlay of fiberglass on the Starboard and Port sides along with Bow and Stern decking for lasting dependability.
Condition Original cowling sustained some hurricane damage and was replaced by another used cowling.
The scratches on the hull and scuffs on the lower unit were from the previous owner. All of the latches lock and the keys work. The seat has a lot of wear and tear. The seller has resealed everything that needs sealing. It is probably about time
to service the lower unit. Other than a few leaves in the boat during the fall, this Key West is in great condition. The seller takes care of all of the regular maintenance and it's ready to hit the water!
