Condition The 2001 Mariah looks to be in very good condition for the year.
The seats were recently re-upholstered. The canvas on the Bimini top is in good condition The original Porta-Potty is included with the boat. Per seller, it has never been used. The trailer is heavy-duty and looks to be in good shape.

Condition Upon visiting this boat for pictures, it didn't look like it has been used at all.
It was clean and no discrepancies were found anywhere. It is stored on a lift with the mooring cover in place. The seller states she has only used it a few times and everything works exactly as intended. She also was able to provide owners and service manuals which are available for the new owner.

Condition This 2017 Bayliner VR5 is very clean.
She only needs a good wash and a buff to be very nice. Everything on the boat appears in very good shape, however, due to the salty Florida air, the blower vent covers are showing some wear, which is minor and an easy fix if desired.

There is some " dock rash" on the hull - most of which will probably buff out - and some of the hull decals are beginning to peal. However, most of the gel coat appears to be in pretty good condition. The upholstery is generally in good
condition with only one seam separation noted on the aft sun pad. No other tears or punctures were noted although the upholstery could use a good cleaning. For a 14-year-old vessel she has low hours and is in generally good condition. With just a little TLC, she's going to deliver years and years of on-the-water fun.
