Their factory is on Lake Iseo and has been build vessels from 43’ feet to 80’ since 1992. The result of the cooperation between the yard and the designers Nuvolari-Lenard, the 45 feet Cantieri di Sarnico born in 1995, is a classic that

continues to receive the enthusiastic acclaim of many new Owners. During the last few years the Shipyard renewed the construction by using the most up-to-date technologies and components and the ability of most skilled workers. The versatility of this boat never ceases to surprise as the boat is a splendid small yacht and at the same time an exciting sport boat, speedy, silent and easily to maneuver.

An ever-precise, secure and exciting cruising is granted by the reliable hull and the two powerful engines, always ready to comply with the request of the pilot. The luxury interiors are fitted with precious lacquer and luxury essences. The layout provides a salon with dinner table and a

large well equipped galley. The cabins are two real independent suites for the privacy. This characteristic and the engine room amidships, rare elements for a boat of this size, grant excellent stability at anchor and during the navigation.

There is a perfect balance between style and sportmanship of the long bow deck and the habitability of the birdpit. A sunbathing area for four people and a swimming platform with two bathing ladders, give great importance to the stern. With two diesel unity of about 715 hp, the speed is around 37 knots. If you are considering Sunseeker, Fairline, Pershing, or Sea Ray, definitely consider Sarnico. Description The deep-V bottom is painted black. Exterior

and birdpit are white gelcoat with dark blue accent stripes, graphics and helm panel and dash.

Exterior upholstery is white vinyl with black piping and the canvass is white. The fore deck has a centerline sun cushion. There is a pulpit mounted SS Bruce anchor SS chain rode and a windlass with deck and remote controls. The chain and rope locked has deck access only. SS life rails run aft on both sides. Aft is a large swim platform with two storage lockers housing the aft Danforth anchor and nylon rode. There is an electro hydraulic swim ladder and gangway. Electric, water and shower are to starboard. Molded boarding steps on both sides lead up to the birdpit sundeck.

Molded steps forward lead down to the birdpit and helm area. The birdpit has a companionway door aft to port leading down to the aft guest stateroom. Forward is a molded wet bar with sink, storage, icemaker, and refrigerator. Forward is a molded bench seat lounger with storage below. There are hatches to the emergency fuel shut-offs and manual fire system and to the engine room in the sole. To starboard is a large wrap around seat with storage below and a hi/low table. The helm is forward and has a large split bench seat with storage below. The helm is outboard, and the electronics are flush mounted in the console.

A sliding companionway door to port and teak steps lead down to the living quarters. The aft guest stateroom has two single berths with a nightstand between. A shelf is outboard to starboard. The batteries are below the forward berth and the battery switches are below the companionway steps. The ac compressor is below the aft berth. There is an access panel in the aft bulkhead to the lazarette where the battery charger and hydraulic systems are located. A hanging locker with mirror and drawers below is inboard of the aft berth. Across to port is the ensuite bathroom.

The enclosed shower is aft, and the head is forward. A vanity between with sink has storage above and below. The interior has light tan carpet and tan leather upholstery and overheads. The paneling and trim is light natural hardwood and the cabinetry is light hardwood with dark blue lacquered face, drawers and doors. The galley counter top is grey speckled Corian and the bathroom counter tops are ivory. The bar top is light wood. Below deck to port is the small L-shaped galley with ample storage above and below. Drawers and the two burner range are aft. The counter top runs outboard with molded sink.

The refrigerator with freezer is below. Across to starboard is the saloon. A bar w/TV runs along the aft bulkhead. The AC/DC breaker panel and storage lockers are below. Along the outboard side and forward is an I-shaped couch with lockers and stereo above and a Hi low table. The master stateroom is forward. Storage shelves run along both sides of the queen island berth with storage below and an escape hatch overhead. Hanging lockers are aft to starboard and a full length mirror is on the aft bulkhead. The ensuite bathroom is aft to port. There is an enclosed shower aft with a locker above the teak seat. The toilet is forward of the sho.

or floating luxury residence for long periods of time with very little outside interaction. The current owners chose to use the boat as more of a home than a distant cruiser and in doing so decided that making her totally self-sufficient and self-reliant was paramount.

They managed to run the vessel by themselves as the boat was customized to be able to be managed by just the two of them. Being experienced boaters, they were able to run the boat affordably by doing basic maintenance themselves and scheduling the hull maintenance over longer periods of time, by using long lasting hull products as is used in larger shipping. With all their electrical and water needs covered by the sun the

only outgoing expense that they have for the boat was propane bottles which they refilled twice a year.

Of course, everyone is different, you could do long distances, have a crew of four and stay in the most luxury marinas if you wish. The current owner's aims were different, and they have shown thatanyone can run a large “home” on the water for a fraction of the cost of your home on land.and with all the benefits! The owner and guest staterooms are private and separated from the forward crew quarters by separate private access. The master stateroom is full beam and features a his and hers bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath. Located to starboard is a large guest cabin with walk around queen berth and ensuite bathroom.

The portside cabin features two large single berths with a stowable bunk berth and ensuite bathroom. A staircase down from the galley accesses the private staircase to crew quarters. There is a double berth cabin located in a forward bow cabin plus two single crew berths with a shared mess and shared bathroom. The yacht’s 20-foot beam is noticeable as you walk throughout the boat. Starting aft at the stern, the swim platform is connected to the aft deck by a staircase at the transom which houses a garage with considerable space and head height.

The aft birdpit sundeck is spacious, covered, and flows into the main salon. The salon is large, at nearly 30ft (9m) long and the full beam of the boat, larger that some homes. She has a bar at the far end near a formal dining table area. The on-deck dayhead is located just forward of the bar to starboard. Moving forward is the wheelhouse, accessed via steps found on both port and starboard side. Flybridge is accessed from a manageable staircase in the wheelhouse and will find an upper equipped helm station with electronic controls at the port and starboard sides for easy docking as well as the normal driving position.

The Flybridge also houses entertaining area for 20+ seated guests, a jacuzzi, adjustable lounging beds and a wet bar area. At the aft end of the flybridge you can find an upgraded crane for a jet ski and tender (not included). The yacht has a smart looking country kitchen forward from the wheelhouse with breakfast bar and large dining table just further forward and more than ample storage. Forward of this you find the private staircase to the crew quarters and engine room. The self-sufficient electrical system is such that the boat is virtually silent at anchor and never has the need to run the generator day or night.

There is access to the lower deck aft area from the starboard staircase or out to the open aft deck through two sliding glass doors. The forward crew area has a double cabin forward. A bathroom with stall shower is aft to port. Another upper and lower twin crew cabin is to starboard sharing the head to port. An additional crew cabin with upper and lower berths is aft to starboard with ensuite bathroom with stall shower. The crew mess is opposite and a crew entertainment center is inboard. The engine rooms is next aft. Just aft of the engine room are two additional guest staterooms, the very spacious laundry center, and the large lazarette with ample storage for water sports gear and a watertight door out to the swim platform.

The open aft deck has a teach table with seating for 8 to starboard, and a settee opposite to port. This deck is covered by the sun deck overhead. There is a spiral staircase to the boat deck and flybridge on the port side. Access to the swim platform is down a central stairway and access to the passarelle is slightly offset to port. This entire area was added during her refit and the running gear was mov.
