This Sabre 38 Mark I has a great layout for cruising with guests or living aboard. She has the Classic layout.
She has a comfortable forward stateroom with V-berth. Moving aft, the head is to port, and large hanging locker is to starboard. The air conditioning
She will need to have fresh bottom paint. She needs a good cleaning, as she has been on the hard with shrink wrap for more than a year. The keel-to-hull connection shows some separation, and the back edge of the keel, at the bottom, looks to have some damage. See photos. She has a recent main sail and a recent sun cover on the Genoa. The batteries were removed to the home for safe keeping, and there are no shore power hook ups in the yard. The bilge is full.

This vessel is located in Middle River, Maryland and is in need of some work. She is also equipped with a Yanmar engine.
This Hunter 33 is a work in progress. The interior needs the cabin sole refinished, and the upper wall coverings replaced. She needs a few minor gel coat repairs, bottom prep and paint, and a wash and wax. Her sails are in fair condition. The 120% jib currently installed is approximately 5 years old, the 100% jib is approximately 10 years old. The mainsail is original.

Bimini and exterior are in good condition. Color on the exterior is still in good shape. Some wear and tear for its age and interior could use a little bit of cleaning up.
