According to the seller, the boat is in good running condition. I didn't see any noticeable damage to the upholstery on the inside or any large gouges or scratches on the hull.

Condition It needs a new depth finder, front spot light bulb replaced and a couple of small separations fixed in the seat fabric due to sun exposure and age.

Otherwise everything works as it should on this boat.

Condition Per the Seller: All surfaces, cushions and upholstery are in good shape and everything is in working order.

This is a great live aboard boat. Hull, deck and floors in solid condition and all electric and mechanical features in place and properly installed and kept.

Condition This Larsen 248LXI is in good condition.

The seller has maintained and enjoyed using it on the bays locally. The engine is clean and runs great, the engine just had a new longblock replaced with many new parts. The vinyl seats are in very good condition, a few scuffs and seams consistent with it's age(Pictured). The entire boat was just detailed and it looks great!
