Condition The listing rep was overall impressed with the current condition of the hull and interior.
There are signs where the cushions are cracking on the edges/corners. The seller also has the interior deck carpet, never used since he purchased the vessel, in average condition. The vessel is equipped with a pump out holding tank head that has space for an adult to use.

Condition Great looking boat in good condition.
Comes with a cover and stays covered when not in use. There is a chunk of the sea deck on the starboard swim platform missing, There are some scratches on the bottom of the hull that were there when purchased from the previous owner that are hard to see. The seats and decking are all in great shape. Great sound system.

Condition The local and visiting consultant was very impressed with this vessel, first one of its kind I have personal been aboard.
The vessel appeared to be classic, but much newer and allows for much more peace of mind with the newer diesel engine as well. Being that the boat is wood, this style and build requires constant attention and love for the owner.

There are some items that would need to be address should the next owner want to use them. Currently the generator is not working, and the seller does not plan to address. Also, the refrigerator went out this past season and seller does not plan to replace. The interior cabin shows really well and free from any smells. The exterior would need a nice detial.
