Per the Seller: The unit is very clean and has been very well maintained. The owner had both engines replaced with rebuilds, the port in 2016 and the starboard in 2022; and all the corresponding parts, new starter and alternator, of which the maintenance documentation is available by the marine shop that did the work. It is estimated that the current hours is 80 hours for port engine and 40 hours for the starboard since new rebuilt engines were installed. There is a small soft spot on the cabin floor next to the V-berth, where you step to get in and out of the V-berth. Seller will not be having this fixed, it will be up to the next owner. All the electronics are reported to be in working order.
