Condition Overall this Pearson 303 is in very nice condition and has clearly been well taken care of.
Approaching her at the dock you first notice the shine on the hull and the well-kept deck is tidy and free of clutter. The canvas and isinglass are in excellent condition. Below deck the wood is bright and cushions are firm and material clean. The engine and bilge area is as expected, very well kept.
