Condition The overall condition is good for the age of the boat.

There are a few chips in the glass - none appear to be anything other than cosmetic. The wind gauge functions but needs to be recalibrated or possibly replaced. The Auto Pilot does not function. The birdpit radio controls are not connected to the new stereo. The new stereo is Bluetooth and has phone app controls. birdpit speaker are blown.

Condition This 1977 Pearson 10M appears in normal condition of a vessel this age, with normal wear and tear.

A newer Yanmar engine. We're told all systems work as they should. Replaced standing rigging and lifelines in 2014. A new custom-made winter cover was purchased in 2018. A new bimini was installed in 2019.
