Overall, this Catalina is starting to show her age but has very good bones. Did not notice any soft spots or damage. Did not have opportunity to view the sails but rigging looked to be in good shape. This 1977 Cascade 36 has normal wear and tear for its age. It's typically sailed and fished during the summer and is now on the hard. It will then be splashed in June of 2023. The oil is changed every few months when used, and the seller has very many spare parts aboard to keep the boat moving if there's an issue. The Seller reports the sails to be in good condition and the bottom may need a new coat of paint. The Cascade has a new water pump, and new alternator. The seller also has spares for the water pump, alternator and even a spare transmission.
