The engine and generator run. Some updates over the years. You'll probably have to use a little elbow grease & a few updates to get her ship shape, but it appears to be a solid vessel.

Condition The top deck needs a powerwash and wax with some existing soft spots per the seller.

The bottom needs new paint. The boat's cabin, while spacious and dry, is need of a clean up as well. No signs of water intrusion. Sails are stored at the seller's home

Sails are in good shape. Roller furling headsail. Portable head. Could use new paint and seat cushion covers. Reliable 8hp long shaft outboard. Standing and running rigging are in good condition. This is a good boat to learn on if you are transitioning from a smaller boat. It's very forgiving and easy to sail. i want the boat gone so im willing to sell it for less then i turned down before. first 10k cash gets the boat, minus my personal stuff i brought on board but leaving all the solar panels ect. boat will pay for itself in only 5 months as a live aboard like iv been using it
