Got too old.
Great boat for new sailor who has time to maintain it. Raced boat every wednesday through last year. Hull, engine, transmission, rigging and sails in good shape. Boat needs alot of tender loving maintenance. Have boat survey done for insurance a few years ago that lists all of the conditions of the boat.

Condition The boat shows well for its age as the outer appearance is still pretty nice but could benefit from good wash nd plish.
The jib is functional but does have a patch. The seller says the main sail is still in decent condition as well. The hatch over the cabin does leak a little but the seller is working on sealing that. The rigging all appeared to be there and in good working order according to the seller.
