For a 94 year old wooden boat, this is in really good condition. It was stored in working condition but has not been used in a few years. It has been completely restored in the mid 90's and maintained ever since. The bottom is solid, but has paint chipping. It could also use a layer of varnish. The engine is the original from 1927 and has 2 batteries, however, the generator that charges them does not work. The keel plate in the photos was the wrong one. The seller has the right one and will be installing it before it sells. The condition of the included trailer (not in the pictures) is in fair condition.
Condition This Willard appears to be in good shape with serviceable sails, standing rigging, and lines.
There is no apparent damage to the topside and visible hull. The owner had the boat hauled recently and new bottom paint applied.

Condition In general, this vessel appears to be in serviceable condition.
However, it has been on the hard for about five years. The current owner purchased it just before COVID began and was never able to get back in the US (from Canada) to sail her. The exact sail inventory is unknown. There are lots of sails stored in the quarter berth but

The exterior of the vessel looked to be in good condition above the water line. Per the seller, the boat has had a recent bottom paint. Notice of liquid in the engine pan below the engine. Looks like one of the plugs on a top window vent might be missing.
