The boat appears to be in pretty good condition for a 22-year-old boat. The cushions are generally in good condition with only minor seam separations beginning to show and only a couple of small holes or tears. As previously mentioned, the engine has been recently serviced and the elbows and risers replaced. She is ready to hit the water for family fun today. There is a full boat cover with the boat that only fits when the forward Bimini is removed. There are also two tables however the top of one needs to be replaced. Additionally, the hinge to the porta-potty compartment door is damaged and needs replaced.

The overall condition of the 2011 Cypress Cay Cabana 250 is fair. The seat upholstery was found to be a little dirty with some rips and tears detected. The cockpit carpet had a few stains. Trailer tires had good tread, no signs of sidewall cracking.
Condition This 2009 Chaparral Sunesta 244 Xtreme is in overall good condition.
There is normal wear and tear on the upholstery with some seams coming apart shown in pictures. According to the seller, all systems are functioning properly. It is clean and has been well maintained.
