hazards. Performs work using safe work practices. Ensures completion of safety training and actively investigates and mitigates risks. Responsible for inventory of parts and appliances; responsible for general maintenance and orderliness of facilities.
Completes property preventative maintenance and preventative maintenance on required systems and equipment. Performs porter functions as necessary. Variances in responsibilities may exist by community type: Smaller Communities: Responsibilities will include completing both maintenance service requests and turnover of apartments. May work alone.
