GENERAL FUNCTION The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities within their assigned area for safety, quality and production. Ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively. Actively builds leads and production employee skill set to create a cross functional workforce and increase efficiencies. Stimulate teamwork within his/her departments.
