However, if you do not feel comfortable uncrating the scooter and getting it ready for the road by yourself, you may take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled properly and to pay for any additional fees related to assembly and/or tune-up as needed. Negligence and improper assembly will void warranty. Be sure to tighten all bolts, check for appropriate levels of engine fluid , replace engine oil, andfully charge battery prior to operation.
Warranty : The warranty on these vehicles is free for 12 months (non-wear parts). With no exceptions, labor is excluded from warranty coverage. Buyers are responsible for any expenses incurred or time loss for assembly, tune-ups, diagnosing, towing and any repairs pertaining to this vehicle. Buyers are expected to perform general maintenance and basic repair skills with common hand tools to remove & replace carburetor, fuses, body panels, light bulbs, filters, fluids, etc. Our 12-month parts warranty is effective only if: The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose; The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

Shipping Info: Shipping (except for CA, HI, AK) is $0.00 to Pacific, Mountain and Central zones. $100 to Eastern zone. All bikes are shipped in 3 to 5 business days from our CA or GA warehouse directly to your door following full payment and the signed warranty documents. We do NOT charge Sales Tax. Damage Policy : All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 18 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the vehicle or the packaging that occurs was due to improper shipping process.
If your vehicle is damaged or has missing part, there are 2 solutions: 1) if the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. Please be sure to inspect the vehicle thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement , you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must be received within 3 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents. 2) If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, you must take pictures of damages and call us immediately to confirm the fact with us before you decide to refuse delivery.
Otherwise you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee and/or all costs of shipping out a new vehicle. If you refuse delivery due to damage and is returned to us for a replacement vehicle, upon inspection at the shipper and the damages are purely cosmetic and no structural or mechanical damages are found, the vehicle will be repaired and shipped back to you at your expense.
Any refunds on non-repairable or lost vehicles will be refunded once the claim is settled. Any chargeback on payment will be subject to a $75.00 chargeback fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss which may occur due to this transaction. Tasks Upon Receiving Goods > > Buyer’s Responsibilities: Buyer acknowledges acceptance of the risks of riding a motor vehicle and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate a motor vehicle as purchased from Bobcat's Motorsports. Buyer understands that they must abide by the motor vehicle laws of their state.
Buyer is responsible for any required titling, registration, inspections, and insurance that may be required by their state for this motor vehicle before use. Buyer must be in good physical and mental condition to ride a motor vehicle. If Buyer is not familiar with operating a motor vehicle, Buyer should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding their motor vehicle. Motor vehicles are inspected and tested prior to shipping and shipped in working condition. Motor vehicle should be assembled by a licensed mechanic.
Buyer/mechanic is responsible for reconnecting any loose wires, nuts, bolts and/or screw that have may have developed during shipping. In the event a wire, screw, nut or bolt has become loose or missing, attempts to assist customer in reconnecting the loose part will be made. Because the seller cannot be present at the motor vehicle, no guarantee is made of successful reconnection. Mechanic prepping scooter must check all systems to determine functionality. If any part is found to be defective, buyer is responsible for the time/labor/postage of shipping part to the address that is provided by seller, and the part will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to buyer free of charge.
Buyer will not be reimbursed for parts that are purchased from third party vendors. Buyer is expected to perform the labor or hire a mechanic at Buyer’s expense to remove, install and/or replace, the part(s) provided under this warranty. Buyer is liable for labor charge to replace any part covered by warranty except as indicated under the conditions of the Bobcat's Limited Labor Warranty. Any towing charges incurred are the responsibility of buyer. The presence of a defective part on a motor vehicle will not be considered a reason to return vehicle.
In no circumstance shall a loose wire, screw, nut or bolt, missing parts, cosmetic damages, and incomplete assembly/adjustment be considered a reason for return of motor vehicle. Motor vehicles may only be returned by following the Bobcat's Motorsports return policy. Return Policy: Buyer must notify seller in writing within 3 days of receiving the motor vehicle. All vehicles must be returned in brand new condition and sealed in manufacturer's original packaging, there are absolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered used.
Buyer is responsible for : Returning Goods in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Paying all costs for return shipping. Since buyer is also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from buyer’s refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.
Buyer must contact seller prior to returning any items. Any item returned without seller’s approval will be refused and returned to buyer. Seller uses a third party LTL (Less Than Truckload) trucking company to delivery motor vehicles, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since Seller has no control over the shipping company. Buyer may cancel order if the vehicle has not been shipped and buyer will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If buyer chooses to cancel order once it has been shipped, or refuses to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair, or decides to return a brand new vehicle due to defective/missing parts or incomplete assembly/tune-up, a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping costs to and from Seller’s location will be deducted from buyer’s refund, no exceptions.
A full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business days after seller authorizes a cancellation or receives a returned vehicle in its brand new condition.
