Position Overview: As a Kennel Attendant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations with Center Veterinary Clinic. By adding value to an efficient organization dedicated to quality care and extraordinary service, the Kennel Attendant will oversee animal behavior and provide husbandry

care to the patients of the Veterinary Hospital. We are looking for a friendly, team-oriented person, with an exceptional eye for detail! Duties and Responsibilities: Observe and report daily animal behavior, appearance, and activity for signs of illness or discomfort to the attending Veterinarian or Technician Safely and effectively handle and restrain animals to complete treatment tasks Walk hospitalized dogs throughout the day to provide exercise and time for urine and bowel elimination Ensure that cages and animals are properly identified and that personal property (toys, blankets, leashes) are stored and labeled in respectable areas Clean, disinfect and maintain kennels, cages, and runs

as often as is necessary to ensure cleanliness and sanitation Perform general cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizations in other areas of the hospital to control the spread of diseases Qualifications and Skills: Entry level position, previous experience welcomed High School Diploma/GED Confidence with animal behavior and proper animal restraint methods Use cleaning materials and equipment with skill and efficiency Take initiative on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Able to perform moderately physically demanding work, that requires lifting (up to 50 pounds), cleaning, and constant motion Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors Available Schedule: Part-time/ full time position shifts available We are open 7 days a week.

The Senior Scientist modeling approaches used may include physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling, mechanistic PK/PD modeling, and/or systems pharmacology modeling to help (a) predict preclinical and clinical PK profiles (b) quantify exposure/ response relationships for target engagement biomarkers, efficacy, and potential adverse effects, and (c)

guide in vivo and in vitro experimental designs that will be most informative for modeling. Key Responsibilities: Apply Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling to drive project team decisions from early discovery through early clinical studies.

Contribute to guiding modeling and simulation strategies within the organization. Act as a key member of discovery project teams and interact closely with biology, chemistry, and other drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (DMPK) project members to help craft the most appropriate preclinical and early clinical studies and the associated quantitative model-based analyses to advise candidate selection and dosing recommendations. Education:

Ph D in Pharmacology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields is required.

Outstanding candidates with a Master's degree and at least 8 years of relevant industry experience may also be considered. Experience and Skills: Familiarity with principles of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics and experience performing PK and/or PK/PD modeling is preferred. Proven skills in mathematical modeling and simulation, supported by peer-reviewed publications is highly desired. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral/written communication and teamwork skills are required. Other: This position may require up 10% travel. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $192,050.
