The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for responding to Operational Service Issues (OSIs). This includes but is not limited to answering inbound calls from sales reps and other Medline employees, determining carrier selection in reaction to phone calls and OSIs and resolving customer carrier issues/rush shipments and rescues.
