For sale this gorgeous 1966 Peugeot 404 cabriolet.
The car has spent all its life in California. There was no rust at all on the car, only superficial that was fixed. Front chassis members were replaced, aligned and repaired. The car didn ât have any dents or accidents of any kind during all its life. Car has the original engine 1,600 cc
carburetor that was opened, revised, all gaskets changed, new timing belt installed among all new suspension and breaks parts bought from France. Original Amplilux S. E. V. Marchal were installed and Marchal fog lights added (they were not original, but they look great and provide extra lighting.
) both with the original yellow bulbs as French cars used at that time. All chrome were plated, new original taillights installed, all weather strips replaced. New top, leather upholstery was installed in cream color. Car was primed and painted with brown metallic color, not original for the coupes or cabriolets but original for the sedans. The car runs as new, engine is elastic and with enough power to go up to 90 miles. Drum brakes were restored with new cylinders and pump received new seals. Hydrovac were restored and works perfect.

Purchased in 1992 as an abandoned restoration. Restoration, as a driver, was completed in 1996. Car was stripped to bare chassis and put back together. Chassis was cleaned, running gear cleaned and repaired as needed. Body was stripped to bare wood. All rusted metal was replaced. Where possible, the original metal was saved. Engine
was serviced. New piston rings fitted, bottom end bearings were renewed. New valve guides fitted, old valves re-seated. Hardened seats were not installed. New instruments were supplied by John Marks of Vintage Restorations. New wire loom installed with flashing turn signals.
Full weather gear supplied. Head lamps are fitted with sealed beam units. Interior is done in vinyl Clean title, Runs Amazing!

The soft top is clean with no rips and cuts , not sure if its water proof , roof opens and close without difficulties , the carpets needs cleaning , but no cuts or damage. As i mentionned the car is drivable but with old and cracked michelin TRX its border line dangerous. Car comes with documentations for all repairs from
previous owners. Some body work was done by 2nd owner in 1993 by a reputable body shop , rear left quater panel , front and rear wheel wells , lower section of door , all on driver side , rust was cutted out and replaced by metal. all documented with pics.

The car runs great, and shifts great. The car is real solid, and the paint is nice also. The car has NO bubbling at all. The paint could use some minor touch up here and there, but over all looks great. The conv top looks like new, and is power. The chrome on the car is real nice all around the
car. The brakes work great, and the tires are new. The wipers don't work but i'm looking into that. The interior needs the glove box liner, and lock, and the steering wheel restored. The drivers door panel needs the arm rest recovered other than that the interior looks real good.
The seats are in great shape. The passenger door glass has a crack in it. The car looks really cool, and people just stare at it when its going down the road. All in all a SUPER NICE RARE car that's a blast to drive.

1959 Edsel Corsair Convertible Equipped with the 332 Express V8 and Mile O Matic 2 speed Auto Transmission Original colors are President Red exterior , Black and Red interior , This Edsel runs and drives good for it's age and the fact that it has not ever been a total restoration but certainly is a worthy candidate It has been repainted at some point
in it's past.I think that the interior upholstery may be original The body does have it's issues with some bubbling of the paint in the lower body panels and there is some rust at the front of both inner rocker panels.The floor pans look good and solid and are the original floors.the quarters have been repaired in the past also and there is some rust in the inner quarter drop off panels where they meet the bottom of the quarters The interior is presentable but the front seat on the driver's side has 3 seams separating The paint is driver quality at best and still looks good from a short distance but up close you can see the blemishes The bumpers have very good chrome and some of the other chrome
