Assist more junior civil engineers in the development and implementation of ecosystem restoration, flood damage reduction, and other projects in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U. S. Provides

oversight for A/E services contracts; to ensure that the contracts are appropriately administered and that work products are prepared in accordance with appropriate analysis and design policies and specifications.

Provides leadership to the engineering team by assisting in group facilitation, coordination, coaching, problem solving, interpersonal communication, integration of work processes and products, obtaining resources and liaison with the Section Chief.
