Inspect for and correct fusing, bad wiring, dirty filters, loose and frayed belts, rust, corrosion, and deterioration. Plumbing-Heating: Operate service, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating equipment and systems.

This includes heat pumps, pressure tanks, faucets, sinks, drains, toilets, and sprinkler systems. Miscellaneous: Periodic inspections, to include the condition and operation of all plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical systems, and equipment. Maintain necessary maintenance and service records. Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Vehicle Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance and safety checks on all State vehicles pertaining to this Agency.
