The kitchen and living room boasts vaulted ceilings for a roomier feel. You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate only, but that roommate is rarely ever around (he works a lot).
The room has new wall to wall carpet, hardwood floor everywhere else. Large picture window overlooks a quaint park, with two other small windows to allow afternoon sunlight. We are looking for someone with a full time job with a history no less than one year, no drugs, no prior felonies, no additional pets (we currently have cats) and no parties. We live a quiet life

The apartment complex has a large parking area, so it's not actually street parking but it's not covered parking.
