State College Take over my lease of a beautiful three-story townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths.

Lease ends July 31, 2022, at which time you can elect to renew. We are flexible on the takeover date. The rental is ideal for professionals, couples, grad students with families. It's also a perfect option for anyone who's just not quite ready

to buy. (Kenley Court includes both owners and renters. The townhouses sell for between $250,000 and $325,000. ) This impressive end unit (with air conditioning! ) is in the desirable Kenley Court in Park Forest, right behind Valley Vista Sheetz. It's just minutes from the Penn State campus, parks, shopping, and all the amenities the town has to offer, yet it's far enough away that you can avoid the craziness of football weekends!

There are four bedrooms: The top floor features an enormous master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Three bright bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath (which is where the laundry room is located; washer and dryer

They're also great about keeping the exterior of the unit nice and clean: They routinely wash the windows/siding and spray for insects. And they just repainted the deck.
