are not included in the monthly rent. Three mid-twenties women live in this 4-5 bedroom house. The location is fantastic as it is between Harvard and Central Square, one block off Mass Ave. It is a 7 minute walk to the Harvard T-stop. Just a few minutes walking from delicious bakeries (Petsi Pies & Tatte) and great bars (People's Republik, The Cellar - aka my favorite neighborhood bar, Daedalus).
