I'm subletting the 3rd floor bedroom of a beautiful, incredibly spacious rowhome just a block off of Patterson Park (4 bedroom, 4 bath). It will be available from May 18th, 2018 to January 20, 2019, with potential of taking over the lease which begins in August 2018. It's a 12 minute walk to JHMI/School of Public Health, a 2 minute walk
to the park, and a 15 minute walk to Fells Point. Safe area, plenty of street parking, and right next to a convenience store! This bedroom is the only one on the 3rd floor, has a large walk-in closet, and gets really nice natural light. You'll have 3 friendly roommates who are affiliated with JHMI/BSPH.
There's a full bathroom just outside the room on the 3rd floor - you can see it in the 4th photo - as well as a little cove that's perfect for yoga or reading. There's a ton of storage space on the 3rd floor as well (and the door to the roofdeck is there)! Room comes fully furnished; washer and dryer are on the second floor. Utilities not included.
