I'm moving out of town and looking for a person to take over my portion of a 4-person lease agreement.
I would like somebody to take my room as soon as possible--I have already paid January rent, so if you move in this month, you will not have to begin paying rent until February 2024I currently live with three other wonderful graduate students

Roommates are two men (23 and 29) and one woman (25). 4. House specs: a. Large with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, original living room and dining room, a " bonus" room upstairs, plus an addition to the back of the house containing a small sunroom and a larger living room with a fireplace. b. The unfinished basement has plenty of storage space and a
washer and dryer. c. House has front and back porch, ample backyard space, and driveway that can comfortably fit four separate vehicles.5. Our house is 0.5 miles from the stadium, has easy access to bus lines, is right across from a city park, and is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood.6.
There are two sweet and strange cats in the house; other animals are allowed, but this would have to be negotiated with roommates plus our landlord. I am looking for a person to take over my lease this month, if possible, or by February 1st. If you'd like to move in slightly earlier or later, we may be able to make this work.
