Since this is a lease take over, you will need to fill out an application. It's simple stuff like credit and criminal record check. And you must prove you have an income of greater than 4,000 per month. I'll pay the application and lease takeover fee on your behalf. I've been perfectly happy living here and I love this apartment. It's really good and I wish I could stay longer. I really need to move to another city or else I would be staying here for years.
