You will review Navy shore facilities planning documents (master plans, capital improvement plans, special studies, construction and repair projects and site approval request). You will serve as contract COR and/or CTO COR for complex AE contracts for environmental planning services.

You will lead an individually chartered team to complete NEPA documents.
