Assists with controlling the budget to ensure that it provides for optimized spending to achieve the agreed-upon capacity and asset reliability. Ensures Bunge standard reliability and maintenance work process are followed Provides input to the Plant Reliability Excellence Manager to help with the development of succession plans, skills backssments and training.
Assists with maintaining critical spare parts, minimizing vital inventory and automating materials requisition functions. Periodically provides input for benchmarks current performance with internal and external sources to find opportunities for improvement Provides support in the Management of Change processes. Supports the accurate
execution of the reliability strategy. Fosters a culture that does not tolerate equipment failures and seeks to understand and eliminate the causes using techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implements interpersonal structure, systems, tools and technologies that promote a proactive approach to maintenance Ensures effective use and integration of standard corporate work order planning, scheduling and materials kitting Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years experience in reliability and/or maintenance positions required Minimum Level 1 certification in oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic, thermography preferred Prior experience with standard corporate maintenance work flow processes Proven ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews Experience in successfully leading and communicating with plant staff and maintenance personnel.
Strong verbal, written and listening interpersonal skills required. Excellent administrative and analytical skills including intermediate to sophisticated knowledge of Excel. Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or comparable system required, preferably experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management Modules.

commissioning a start-up. Identify, promote, and coordinate implementation of standard processes across the facility and assist with problem-solving and solving operational problems.
Assist facility with vendor backssments, OEM equipment evaluations, and backssments of contractors and consulting engineers. Coordinate with local plant management to ensure that projects are in compliance with Federal and State environmental regulations. Assist with review of production data routinely to ensure accuracy and to analyze for continuous improvements throughout the facility. Support Regional Continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications/ Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, agricultural, electrical, or chemical engineering or equivalent work experience required.
3 - 5 years proven experience, in plant operations, maintenance and safety is required. Proficiency with applicable computer software packages including Auto Cad, Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. Knowledge of design codes and government regulations affecting the industry including NFPA 36, NFPA 61, OSHA and EPA is helpful. Demonstrates mechanical proficiency and interest with strong problem solving skills. Demonstrates interpersonal and planning capabilities. Has worked on projects of $1M to $2.5M, that are complex projects impacting multiple departments.
Has completed projects successfully on time and on budget that met expectations and responsibilities including safety compliance during project construction, during startup and when fully operational.
