Our staff care for patients with a multitude of illnesses and needs, some of which include:
Post op Hip Surgery, Post op Back surgery, Post op Knee surgery, Tube feedings, IV antibiotics, Tracheostomy, Anticoagulation therapy, CVA's, Wound Care, TPN, and those needing therapy due to extended illness and weakness.
What You Will Do: Be the patients' advocate, encourager, and cheerleader. Be responsible for daily backssments, medication administration, overseeing the work of the Nursing Assistants, and providing hands on care. Be part of an interdisciplinary team ensuring the patient gets the best care possible. Our patients are with us about two weeks. Some patients are with us longer than two weeks, and some have brief stays. What We Are Looking For: Education: Current RN licensure
in the state of Iowa or qualified multi-state license required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Experience: Previous experience in an acute or skilled nursing setting preferred. Special Skills and Competencies: Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs. Summary As an Oldcastle Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment. Maintenance Mechanics also provide maintenance support for the various facilities and structures on company property. The successful candidate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment, electrical components and special purpose machines as assigned Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasks as assigned Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines
