Controls operation of his/her station. Insures proper execution of service between team members. Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned.
Be familiar with equipment and its location Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course.
