About the role As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every
day is the heart of AIG's business. This position will be responsible for tasks for multiple AIG legal entities in a team setting. Task will include: Accounts Receivable Utilizing systems such as TRAMS and other AIG systems Accounts Payable Utilizing systems such as SAP, TRAMS, and other AIG systems Provide and maintain volume reports on activity monthly via Excel Maintaining access to web sites required to perform tasks Review and manage group email boxes Archive completed work accordingly Respond to inquiries accurately, professionally, and timely Track time spent per task, client, and AIG legal entity as required Create and maintain procedures Other tasks as assigned What we are looking for:
