Position Responsibilities: Answering all incoming calls related to appointment scheduling Communicating with patients to schedule, cancel or reschedule appointments Transferring patient calls to the correct person or department as needed Verifying and updating patient demographic information over the phone Reviewing and analyzing physician's schedules on a daily basis to ensure optimal patient care Managing and coordinating all patient referrals through communication with other physician's offices and hospitals Entering new Workers' Compensation sets and gathering all necessary information to get the patient scheduled Assisting with attorney scheduling as needed
