DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design harmonious, aesthetically pleasing, and functional areas, such as lawns, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Perform site analyses with other designers that include the backssment of current plants, soil conditions, slope/grade, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the property Generate CAD designs, drafting plans, construction details, hand renderings,
and digital 3D models Work closely with all departments to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information Responsibilities will vary among the various business units to give the intern a well-rounded experience including: mowing, flowers, pruning, and associated tasks in maintenance small enhancements, such as installation of plant material and/or sod installation of retaining walls, patios and/or walkways assist with grading of site in residential and commercial construction repairs and installs in irrigation PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects over 50 (use of lifting equipment or 2-person lift over 50lbs) Outdoor working conditions in all temperature and weather conditions
