What will your job look like? Job Duties: Design and architect technical solutions for customer billing platforms, supporting third party software integrations
and providing technical support with vendors such as Oracle/IBM/Pivotal. Resolve technical software defects, ensure software optimization and resolve software platform conflicts to enhance the effectiveness of the company’s customer solutions.

Job Requirements: Education & Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related degree plus 60 months of progressive experience in the telecommunications Industry, including telecommunications related billing implementation. Skillsets: Database tools – Oracle Web Logic App Server, SQL Plus, SQL Server, Oracle; Website tools
– Apache Tomcat, IBM Web Sphere, Toad; and Computing tools – Tuxedo.
Must have knowledge of telecommunications billing and charging system software, automation frameworks, translating business requirements into technical solutions, pre-paid/post-paid/data billing processes, scheduling software Tivoli/Control-M, and telecommunications distributed architecture.
