The Solutions Architect - Application Security & Delivery role is critical to our organization's Network Services strategy. This position is responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and efficient application delivery solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity,

and availability of the network services consumed by our critical applications and services. US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.

Key Responsibilities: Application Security and Delivery Solutions Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement application security and delivery solutions that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical applications and services. Web Application (WAF) and API Protection (WAAP): Implement and manage WAAP solutions to safeguard web

applications and APIs from threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain security policies and rules.

Operational Experience: Provide Tier 3 operational support of F5 load balancers and other relevant network infrastructure components. Provide Tier 3 operational support for cloud-based services on AWS and Azure and to architect and optimize secure solutions on their platforms. Net Dev Ops Implementation: Help drive adoption of Net Dev Ops practices to automate network provisioning, configuration, and management. Ensure network changes are version-controlled and follow best practices. Utilize Terraform to define and manage network infrastructure as code, enabling infrastructure provisioning and configuration through code repositories. Automation: Develop automation to streamline network and application deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Scripting and Development: Build custom scripts and tools to support various automation tasks, data analysis, and integration of security solutions. Version Control: Utilize Git and Git Hub for version control and collaboration on code repositories, infrastructure configurations, and automation scripts.

Agile Operations: Collaborate with other Agile teams to align network and security operations with Agile methodologies, allowing for rapid response to changing business needs. Content Delivery Network (CDN) Integration: Architect CDN solutions to optimize content delivery, reduce latency, and ensure CDN configurations align with network and security best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience. Proven and minimum of 7 years of experience as an Application Security and Delivery Solutions Architect or a similar role.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Design, Implementation, and Operational experience with F5 Big IP modules - LTM, GTM, AWAF AWS services - ELB, WAF Azure services - Application Gateways, Load Balancers, WAF Deep knowledge of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and API Protection (WAAP) solutions and best practices. Experience with Net Dev Ops practices and automation tools. Experience with Agile operations and a willingness to work in an Agile environment. Aruba Edge Connect SD-WAN Architect to join our IT Professional Services team for a 1-year contract.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Low Level Design, MOP, and leading a team of engineers to deploy Aruba Edge Connect SD-WAN solutions across 1000+ locations / sites in support our enterprise client.

This role requires an individual who can ensure that the SD-WAN infrastructure is robust, secure, and seamlessly integrated with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a comprehensive SD-WAN architecture using Aruba Edge Connect technology that aligns with the client's business objectives and requirements Plan, test, and deploy SD-WAN solutions in

a variety of environments, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations Work collaboratively with network engineers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to create scalable, maintainable, and secure networking solutions Develop detailed implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure successful deployment of SD-WAN services Provide technical leadership and guidance in the deployment of complex network solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during the deployment phase Lead the evaluation and selection of hardware and software components required for the SD-WAN deployment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and management tools Create and maintain

comprehensive documentation for the SD-WAN architecture, configuration, and deployment processes Train IT staff on SD-WAN technology and best practices to ensure sustainable management and operation of the network infrastructure post-deployment Stay up to date with the latest developments in SD-WAN technologies and Aruba Edge Connect updates to ensure the solution remains current and effective Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking with at least 2 years focused on SD-WAN technologies, preferably with Aruba Edge Connect Relevant certifications such as Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX), Aruba Certified Clear Pass Expert (ACCX), or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) are highly desirable In-depth understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), WAN optimization, and network security best practices Strong experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions for large-scale enterprise environments Demonstrated experience with cloud networking and security, and integration of SD-WAN with cloud services (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S) Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to streamline SD-WAN deployment and management Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to provide support under pressure Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Powered by Jazz HR
