Job Summary AEI is looking for a Full-Time Landscape Architect. This position will perform a variety of routine landscape architectural design tasks, working directly with the Project Engineer. Familiar with civil engineering assignments, company programs, staff, and operating procedures of

the company. Must be a responsible, motivated and detail oriented individual interested in joining our engineering department in Glasgow, KY. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare landscape planting plans on an as needed basis.

Perform required calculations (i. e. Vehicle Use Area (VUA) and Internal Landscape Area (ILA) as needed) to meet city/county landscape requirements. Responsible for specifying all tree, shrub and perennial plant material needed to meet jurisdictional requirements and owners vision for the completed look of their project. Prepare needed landscape documents that specify plant material, layout, construction details and specifications needed for the bidding and installation

of the proposed plan. May be involved in construction observation, representing the client/owners vision for a quality product that meets the landscape design specifications.

Perform project tasks ranging from concept generation, graphic production, planting design and final construction plan design and documents. Extensive collaboration with the civil/site design team will be required to complete a variety of projects including public, private and nonprofit clients. Qualifications and Skills Four-year - Bachelor of Landscape Architectural degree from an accredited landscape architectural program. Obtain license by examination through CLARB, maintain license in states where office is located and any states requested by company.

Four or more years’ experience as a Landscape Architect. You’ll receive on-the-job training and supervision from Rogers’ clinical leadership. By joining our nationally recognized team of mental health experts, you’ll quickly grow your skills as a specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Attend and participate in CBT Academy and other clinical trainings as deemed appropriate by the clinical director. Understand and provide patients with CBT, DBT, and Exposure-Based Therapeutic interventions based on Rogers Behavioral Health clinical standards of care while under the supervision of the clinical director.

Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director, supervisor, or lead therapist. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings by providing communication related to the patient, family/support system, and utilization review needs. Complete medical record documentation within agency requirements of time related to treatment plans, outcome

backssments, psycho-social information, and other pertinent patient care data.

This includes but is not limited to the documentation of mental health services according to applicable local and federal regulations and state payor expectations. Support changes in staffing/scheduling when program or patient care needs require. Participate in projects, tasks, and opportunities to improve skills and expand competency. Adhere to the standards of the Rogers Behavioral Health Employee Behavioral Contracts. Education/Training Requirements: Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.

Must hold a valid state license to be considered for level 2 or be pursuing full licensure under supervision for level 1. Preferred experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Exposure-Based Therapy. Excellent professional written and verbal communication. Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
