POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIAEssential Functions: The following are essential job accountabilities and performance criteria: 1) Performs comprehensive nursing backssment/reassessment.

Criteria A)Identifies short and long term goals based on patient care needs. B)Formulates nursing interventions to achieve desired patient outcome. C) Incorporates disease specific evidenced based practice into nursing care plan and other documentation3)Provides and documents nursing interventions based on backssed patient needs, plan of care, and changes in patient status. Criteria A) Collaborates with appropriate health team members for coordination of daily plan of care for assigned patients. B) Provides, coordinates

and communicates patient care, including accurate Handoff Communication Reports.

F) Requests consultation for special needs, equipment, or information for patient and/or family. G) Provides patient/family education and discharge planning per documentation guidelines and protocol. I) Acknowledges and implements physician orders in an accurate and timely manner as evidenced by documentation in the medical record.

J) Assists physician with procedures/treatments as requested or delegates to Care Partner as appropriate. K) Documents " Readback" for all telephone/verbal orders. L) Takes telephone/verbal orders only in emergency situations. M) Recognizes changes in patient's condition and takes appropriate nursing actions. N) Involves the family/guardian when providing care and in decision-making as appropriate. O) Recognizes risks for patient and takes appropriate action. P) Incorporates use of Infection Control practices in daily care. 4) Documents and or communicates nursing care and or changes in patient condition.

Criteria A) Performs and documents ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of care based on backssment data, nursing interventions, patient response to medications, treatments and procedures. B) Evaluates and documents effectiveness of patient/family education. C) Evaluates plan of care and modifies as indicated in " A" above. D) Recognizes significant changes in patient's clinical parameters and reports immediately to physician and others as indicated. E) Identifies problems, gathers pertinent data, suggests solutions, communicates using appropriate lines of authority, and works toward problem resolution.

F) Reports variation from care/treatment following the occurrence reporting policy and procedures. 5)Specialized Care: Provides specialized care to patients at high risk for injury. Provides specified patient care (toileting, skin care, hydration, feeding, etc. ) Documents restraint use and associated care thoroughly. Incorporates patient's cultural/spiritual beliefs regarding pain into pain management plan. Consider other methods of pain control when developing plan of care: massage, repositioning, immobilization, and music therapy.

Reports signs of possible abuse/neglect to the Administrative Director of Behavioral Health, physician, Risk Management and Social Work. Criteria A) Adheres to all quality and performance standards, policies, procedures, protocols when implementing clinical and technical aspects of care. C) Maintains currency in all hospital/unit information, communication, policies and procedures. Attends staff meetings/reviews minutes when absent 2. Reviews Hospital/Nursing publications 4. Keeps up to date with policies and procedures 5. Participates and or keeps up to date with Shared Governance and Unit Based Practice Council activities and information.

Provides assistance and support to peers, co-workers and other team members3. C) Functions as a resource person to co-workers, patients/families, medical staff and other members of the health care team. D) Effectively assumes and delegates care and other activities to the appropriate team member. E) Redirects clinical staff when the medical plan of care is altered. F) Communicates the plan of care to be followed on each individual patient in a precise and professional manner. G) Responsible for the supervision and teaching of students/new staff nurses.

8) Safety/Infection Control: Performs job in accordance with safety and infection control policies. B) Maintains a safe, clean, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients/families/employees in accordance to hospital standards. Utilizes Safe Patient Handling techniques and equipment. HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT A typical day in this role may include: As a Systems Administrator, you will work closely with both on-site and remote users to coordinate site visits and upgrades, provide on-site and remote resolution support for trouble calls and provide TIER 2/3 support of Unix/Windows workstations and servers, including Web servers, network attached storage devices, and stored data in support of business processing requirements.

Job Duties: Systems administration of desktop

and server systems connected to local and wide area networks. Desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and management of system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution Provide support for the escalation and

communication of status to agency management and internal customers Install/load operating system and application software Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems involving the applications, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, or any combination thereof Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance Perform software installations and upgrades to Unix/Windows operating systems and layered software packages and maintains them in accordance with established policies, procedures and service level agreements; evaluation and installation of software/hardware patches and resolution of software related problems associated with COTS/GOTS products Create and follow procedures to maintain and manage multiple linked databases including security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery, and bulk data import/exports.

Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of assigned data center equipment Communicate/coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance windows with potentially impacted customers Collaborate and contribute to the development, administration, and testing of backup and recovery plans Ensure systems are secure to STIG guidelines by utilizing tools such as Retina and HBSS Maintain operational, configuration, and other standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Verify system availability with existing Enterprise tools WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience. Must have Security+ certification or Do D 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire TS/SCI Clearance required and eligibility to obtain CI Poly • UNIX, Windows, and/or Storage administration • Experience working with trouble reporting and tracking systems such as Security+ •Ability to respond to after hour calls “provide on-call support" • Ability to travel 30% to local area sites as well as other locations with similar architecture/footprint.

• This position could require deploying for up to six months. • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Physical Requirements: The employee will need to be able to lift/move/carry equipment as necessary (max 40 pounds) Desired Skills: • Experience in the imagery intelligence domain a plus • Ability to create and modify scripts in multiple disciplines on Windows, Linux, and Solaris systems • Knowledge of the Customer's processes and procedures and of the Customer's production systems a plus • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

single day. We are looking for merchandisers to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations. The starting pay is $13.50 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location).

After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $14.30. After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $15.00. We offer flexible work scheduling.
