Collaborate with audit and governance teams to ensure that work meets internal and external inspection and audit requirements. Lead efforts for developing/enhancing business application requirements, related functional requirements, testing and quality determinations. Help to ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill requirements,
and identify and resolve systems issues. Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging solutions.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application-usage best practices. Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new solution under consideration to determine its intended functionality. Ensure that any new software integration meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. Contribute to pre-testing phase of development by evaluating proposals to identify potential problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations. Liaise with vendors, clients, project delivery, operational teams and management as necessary.
Assure compliance with all policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects/tasks. Remove finished goods from machines. Maintain neat, orderly, and safe stacks of stock in storage areas. Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain accurate location of stock in storage area by paperwork and computer. Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed. Adheres to daily production schedule. Makes recommendations
for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, delivery and service goals. Assist other forklift operators as necessary and is backup to Shipping Lead Person.
Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Additional duties may be assigned by management. Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
