you will lead a team of 18 dedicated professionals, including a manager and 17 network team members. This dynamic team is responsible for the management of all wired and wireless networking, intranet access on the Academic side of the University, and various other University locations.
Your role is to shape the strategy for network evolution in terms of services and technology. You'll be at the forefront of change, interfacing with both private and public cloud and storage teams within the Enterprise Infrastructure organization. In addition, you will have a direct impact on our customers, collaborating with ITS customer support functions to resolve escalations, complex issues, and consult
on challenging solutions. What We're Looking For Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience with Network Architecture.
Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications will be considered in lieu of a degree. Network Expertise: You should bring a solid background in designing and operating large-scale networks. Management Skills: With at least 3 years of management experience, you have the leadership skills to guide and inspire your team. Best Practices: Demonstrated experience in Network operations best practices, including reliability, change control, root cause analysis, CMDB, and documentation (ITILv4 practices).
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, as you'll be interfacing with various teams and stakeholders. Certification: A CCNA or equivalent certification demonstrates your commitment to excellence in networking. Compensation: Anticipated hiring range: $160,000 - $190,000. Prep the cabin interiors to be cleaned by removing all trash, stripping all linens, and re-stocking cabin provisions. Ensure every cabin’s outdoor space is perfectly staged for every guest by cleaning and staging the lounge area (fire pit, campfire kit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table), cleaning the cabin exteriors (windows, hitch, and wheels), and by removing all trash as far as the eye can see. consider all points of view, and share the same mission. Create and execute ideas to surprise and delight guests; aim to make every interaction personal, meaningful, and memorable.
