Job Summary: The Sales Application Engineer coordinates sales activities between customers and sales representatives and integrates sold products into the engineering and manufacturing processes of the Company. The Engineer receives specific work assignments with limited supervision and resolves most problems independently or in concert with Company Corporate, Production or Engineering staff.

Job Duties: Prepares detailed technical quotations (e. g. sizing, fixture, tooling, engineering requirements) and formal sales quotations (e. g. pricing, product specifying) for customers. Coordinates all order processing activities including sales document preparation, engineering, and production

scheduling, and change orders with customers and other functions. Negotiates price, terms, and conditions with customers. Coordinates and/or conducts pre-sale product demonstrations for customers and representatives.

Participates in trade show exhibition activities including developing displays, conducting demonstrations, and building relationships with customers and prospects. Conducts inside/outside sales calls to potential customers and their professional advisors (e. g. engineers, architects, industrial consultants, etc. ) to promote products. Reviews the technical specifications and documents of customers and prospects to determine desirability and suitability of products to specific

customer applications. Analyses sales and customer data to identify industry trends, customer and Company needs, product performance deficiencies, etc.

Works in a safe manner at all times and ensures that all assigned areas and equipment are properly maintained and utilized efficiently. Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with and adheres to ISO and Quality standards. Qualifications: Five or more years of technical sales experience with highly engineered products, preferably heat transfer-related. Educational: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and strong technical background may also fit.

Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships (in person/phone/e-mail). Extensive knowledge of technical product sales practices and techniques. Skill in preparing and delivering sales and marketing presentations to customers and others. place every single day. We are looking for merchandisers to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations. The starting pay is $13.10 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location).

After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $13.80. After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $14.50. We offer flexible work scheduling. We provide paid training. This route will service the following retail locations: Walmart, 1244 E Green Bay St, Shawano, WI, 54166. The weekly average hours are 5 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 10 hours per

week around holidays. Additional support may be needed in the territory with required availability multiple days in succession and increased hours per day if applicable to business and project-based assignments.

Primary Responsibilities: Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department as well as other areas of the store as needed. Work in a fast paced retail environment utilizing your effective time management skills. Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
