Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Apply coating/paint with electric static airless spray guns• Maintain painting equipment, which includes making minor repairs and ensuring proper supplies are on hand to complete assigned tasks• Work effectively as a member of a team, while continuously striving to improve and develop individual skills and knowledge• Apply epoxy and polyurethane coatings in a manufacturing environment• Knowledge of surface preparation, mixing 2 and 3 component coatings, application equipment, and application
of performance coatings on steel components• Operate various pieces of equipment, such as Forklifts, spray guns, and other specialty equipment• Work independently with minimal supervision• Meet or exceed deadlines and schedules• Comply with all safety rules and guidelines Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)• Experience: one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience• Manufacturing experience a plus Compensation: $18 hourly About Company: Scott Manufacturing Solutions, a leader in designing and producing medium voltage pole- and pad-mounted equipment for the American utility and adjacent
