Aware of and practice Plant s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as well as Good Sanitation Practices
(GSP). --10. Obtains all appropriate machine certification from New York State within six months of employment.11. Upholds all rules pertaining to confidentiality of information regarding Sorrento products and recipes.12.
Performs other work duties as requested by the Laboratory Supervisor.13. Attends departmental meetings and in-services as required.14. Performs all duties according to safety standards and as required to ensure the general safety of all other staff. Requirements Qualifications: Attention to detail and accuracy in work required. Strong communication abilities, written and verbal. -- Knowledge of computer software required. Education and/or Experience: -- High School Diploma/GED required. Associates degree in Dairy Science Preferred. Dairy Science or other related experience preferred.
